The best magazines that align with the SoR are below:

Nomanis magazine is named after the first line of John Donne's poem, 'No man is an island...', a powerful plea for understanding the interconnectedness of us all to each other. It promotes the ideas and evidence about effective instruction in reading and related skills, for teachers, parents, fellow professionals and policy makers. Published twice a year and available by free email subscription, the aim is to provide readable and engaging accounts of developments in the teaching of reading and writing, distilled from the sometimes rather esoteric, and certainly dry, research literature. We welcome contributions and correspondence.

Nomanis is published and totally funded by MultiLit Pty Ltd and is provided free to anyone who is interested. Please feel free to share with your colleagues and friends. To subscribe:

The LDA Bulletin is published and sent out to members three times a year. The mission of LDA is to assist teachers and other professionals to teach students with learning difficulties through effective teaching practices based on scientific research, both in the classroom and through individualised instruction. The Bulletin acts as a less formal and highly readable alternative to LDA's academic journal. To become a member and receive access to printed and online copies of both the LDA Bulletin and the LDA Journal, contact: https://www.ldaustralia.org/

The Reading League Journal is the only peer-reviewed publication written and edited by both educators and researchers that focuses on leveraging the scientific evidence to improve practice. It is published in January/February, May/June, and September/October. Drs. Emily Solari and Louisa Moats are the editors-in-chief.
